Parents of Austin band members want to drop the episode without charges

Five members of the Crockett Drum line admit they took two others band members out to a field and shot them in the back with paint balls. Officials say those five have been kicked out of the band. And now Austin police are investigating the incident as an assault. Some parents of the five who were kicked off think the punishment was too severe.
