Curtis Peralta, 18, was arraigned on Tuesday morning. Peralta and two other Valencia High football players are accused of holding a teammate down and committing violent sexual acts against him. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.Peralta will not be arrested. The judge decided that Peralta will have to turn himself in to the Valencia County Detention Center within the next two weeks. He will be booked and released afterward.
