Hockey hazing reportedly turned down several notches

Here is the link to a story in the Montreal Gazette

The problem is that even the minor hazing in PRO hockey sends a message to high school and college athletes that hazing is all fun and games.  But it is a start, and a start is a start is a start. On the other hand, this writer is editorializing that hazing, a crime, isn’t so bad if people cut down a bit.  But then again, no one would say it is ok that someone shoplifts or only once in a while teases pets.  I wish the writer would stick to facts instead of leading impressionable young readers to his own biases.
