In Hot Water Themselves: the list of those charged at Tulane in Pi Kappa Alpha

Link to Boston Herald and excerpt: Nicholas Maddern of South Hamilton; Kevin Dunn, 20, of New York; Randall Graham, 20, of Michigan; Joseph Lorono, 20, of New York; and Jeremy Bendat, 22, of California are accused of pouring boiling water on students at Pi Kappa Alpha April 25 and 26 and then pouring cayenne pepper and crab oil into their wounds, New Orleans police said.

“All of the pledge class members were subjected to a variety of torture,” said Paul Hesse, the attorney for a 20-year-old student who sustained second-degree burns over 20 percent of his body. “There was pressure to withstand as much pain as possible.”
