Here is the story link

ABC excerpt

Some parents are fuming over what happened at Mount Logan Middle school last Friday.  Two 12 year old boys used pink duct tape to tape up a younger classmate.

“I’m glad they caught the kid, and I’m glad the school is doing something about it,” said one parent.

“A couple of students had some pink duct tape, and they proceeded to take another student over into an area where there are not any cameras,” said Jeff Curtis of the Logan Police Department.

Police say the boys duct taped an 11 year old boy’s wrists and ankles together before bounding the two together, in hog tie fashion.
