Hazing News

My personal most important hazing story

As 2019 ends, and I look back at all these blog entries, I know with certainty my most important contribution was spending countless hours on various newspaper archive sites to revise my research numbers on consecutive years that the United States has endured a hazing death.  That new research for the forthcoming “Hazing in American Culture” found that the U.S. has endured one death every year from 1959-2019–a shameful six decades or 60 straight years. –Moderator Hank Nuwer
