Our view: Pennsylvania Needs a New Chancellor Committed to Eradicating Hazing at Penn State Campus

Moderator:  The chancellor position for Penn State universities is up for grabs.  High profile hazing death cases at Penn State Altoona and the flagship State College site make this a no brainer. The new exec must be dedicated to eliminate the root causes of hazing and end the barbaric practices that led to an apparent homicide at State College and a tragedy at Altoona.
