The University of Kentucky investigation. My view.

From Moderator Hank Nuwer:

I just read this. Why in heck isn’t the Lexington police listed as investigator? This is a city’s homicide, not just a campus issue. So so wrong for only UK to investigate. I am hoping the paper got it wrong and Lex. police are on the case before the trail goes cold..
“Thomas “Lofton” Hazelwood, 18, of Henderson, the UK student found unresponsive at the FarmHouse Fraternity likely died of alcohol toxicity, according to Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn. Toxicology tests are pending and UK police are investigating.” (WHY NOT LEXINGTON DETECTIVES????)
