Tim Piazza update: statement from Jim and Evelyn Piazza

Felony charges have been reinstated after prosecutor argues Andrew Sinclair made errors.  Parents respond. Prosecutor Parks Miller wants Centre County President Judge Pamela Ruest to replace Sinclair.


“We appreciate the Centre County district attorney’s continued commitment to finding justice for our son, Tim,” the Piazzas wrote in their statement. They say the fraternity brothers worked together to run the pledges through “the gauntlet,” and “when one of those pledges – our son, Timothy J. Piazza – was in dire trouble as a result of their planned event, they abandoned him.”
