Virginia State hazing death echoes previous two deaths

The two deaths at Virginia State recall the death of a sorority pledge and the student who died heroically trying to save her.  No lesson was learned apparently.

Pledge Norsha Lynn Delk died in a river drowning during a so-called cleansing ceremony and pledge Robert Etheridge died trying to rescue her.
