What happened to Eric Scott Fillyaw?

Dec. 13, 2022. Eastern Michigan University’s FOIA representative refused my FOIA request for all clippings and documents from the Eastern Michigan Halle Library archives regarding the death and subsequent investigation into the 1991 death of Kappa Phi Alpha pledge Eric Scott Fillyaw.. Inexplicably, the head librarian and FOIA coordinator have refused to hand over even public information. Eastern Michigan University has paid the largest fine ever for violating a Clery Reporting Law.
