An investigator says this Delta Chi chapter may have been hazing-dirty since its inception.

1958 was the last year no hazing deaths occurred in North American schools, but police had to subdue and disarm a first-year Caltech student who twice armed himself to fend off upperclassmen that allegedly had hazed him.
