In a case quite unlike the Robertson High School (N.M.) sexual hazing case that saw felony charges levied against perpetrators, a judge decided tough talk and a light sentence might work with a defendent. Rather than take a position as moderator since I am not there firsthand, I hope such disparate punishments lead to national debate on proper punishments for sexual assault and intimidation during hazing.
