Article tells students to beware of hazing scholarship ad that requests a $5 application fee

I had not heard of this scholarship offer before but am passing on the article to parents and students

Interesting article. Says someone is offering a hazing scholarship with a $5 application fee. I’d be wary of this and NOT apply, students and parents. Few if any legitimate scholarship sites demand a fee. http://usubluestreak.blogspot.com/2012/03/hazing-scholarship-was-scam-officials.html
