Early reports say another student has died in the Philippines

Excerpt and link: The report cited sketchy initial reports identifying the victim as John Alvigas, who died before he could be brought to a hospital in Puerto Princesa City.

It did not mention the school John attended, but said the victim was a neophyte undergoing initiation rites of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity.
