Age 10 hazing–near death claimed

Excerpt and link
Police in Fond du Lac are investigating what might been a hazing ritual in which a group of boys got a 10-year-old drunk and threw him in the snow where he almost froze to death. The boy’s mother said she got worried when he never came home from a roller rink on March 3.

As it turned out, the group went to the home of a 13-year-old boy whose mother was not home. That’s where the 10-year-old boy apparently drank a mix of alcohol and Kool-Aid. And it’s where his mother found him soaking wet and covered in vomit.

He went to a hospital, where he had a temperature of just 94 and was close to dying from hypothermia. His blood alcohol level was 0.181, more than twice the legal limit in drunken driving cases.  Hudson Star Observer – Hudson,WI,USA
