All: While 1958 was the only year free of hazing deaths from 1954-2019, initiations still took place.  This front page story is one such example.

Her death at a fraternity house was ruled an accidental alcohol overdose.

The article is two decades old, but is well worth reading for background. The author is Kerri Mumford.
