Way late fraternity house search by Fresno police sends a message to all police

I wish the Fresno police department best of luck on their search but they waited far too long to get a search warrant and begin.  Repeat: hazing death sites should be treated like homicide sites. Collect evidence asap and get a judge to authorize a search immediately if attorneys object. http://abclocal.go.com/kfsn/story?section=news/local&id=8802890

Acting President Robinson acts like a president at Florida A & M

His job to change the culture of hazing is a hard one. The death of Robert Champion, fraternity hazing scandals and oustings of a president and band leader have hurt student enrollment numbers.

Moderator: If ever there was a case for vigilance by college boards and presidents to combat hazing, this is the example they need.

Now FAMU embarks on a path to strengthen its values and to demand a buy-in from the student population. President Robinson sent a clear shot across the bow yesterday in a mandatory session.

I’m committing time on Sept. 20 to personally support the school’s efforts at a hazing education panel.
