Mr. Wade apparently was completing physical exercise with members of his intended fraternity when he collapsed. Too soon for conclusions, except that it seems to be that he collapsed and died there or en route to a hospital.

Filipino death under investigation
Sadly, yet another hazing death and injury to a second individual has occurred in yet another Filipino fraternal organization called the Scout Royal Brotherhood, according to investigating police. It has multiple chapters with a Greek-letter for each. Curiously, an LA street gang also goes by that name. The dead youth is Elvis Sinalia and he died in Poblacion 2, Alfonso town.
