Excerpt: The deputies named in the agreement were Allen Garza, Tommy Oakes, Brandon Barnes and Windel Anderson.

Under the settlement, Yuba County will pay $215,000. Garza and Oakes will pay $100,000 each, and Barnes and Anderson will pay $7,500 each.
