Idaho band hazing involves lewd, videotaped behavior, according to victim

Several band members have been charged with a crime on charges they sexually touched a 14-year-old band member with their genitals or placed them near his face as he slept. The band was on a road trip to British Columbia. Three of the accused are 18 years old. Police are studying a videotape made to humiliate the victim, according to television station KXLY.
