Excerpt: The Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house at Miami University was shut down Sunday night, pending an investigation into allegations of hazing.

A university ethics committee official says members of the fraternity, most commonly known as FIJI, took pledges to Hueston Woods. Park rangers reported the men were outside in the cold, allegedly huddling together for warmth and even lit toilet paper on fire to keep warm.
