TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – All nine Pi Kappa Phi fraternity members charged in the hazing death of Florida State pledge Andrew Coffey have been offered plea deals by the State Attorney. They have until April 1 to accept the plea deal.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – All nine Pi Kappa Phi fraternity members charged in the hazing death of Florida State pledge Andrew Coffey are scheduled to go before a Leon County judge Tuesday.
The hearing is set to begin at 9 a.m. in courtroom 2b.
Coffey died Nov. 3, 2017, after he was found unresponsive following an off-campus party. His cause of death was ruled as alcohol poisoning.
