Russian stats

Chief Military Prosecutor Alexander Savenkov said Monday that more than 2,600 servicemen had been convicted of hazing last year, and insisted that legal accountability for such behavior was growing — even as he told of a new hazing incident that may lead to the amputation of a soldier’s legs.
