Witness claims Clemson Sig Ep pledge Tucker Hipps’ death was hazing-related

Moderator:  As always, I’ll present the allegation, which if true, has serious implications for the civil suit brought by the parents of Sigma Phi Epsilon pledge Tucker Hipps. But I do caution that no charges have been brought against any of those accused of orchestrating any events of that morning.
